Can I order over the phone?

You can amend orders as per our policy, terms and conditions.

How do I know if my order was successful?

You will receive a confirmation email once the order is placed.

What if my order is incorrect?

Can I return my order?

You can return your order, but cancellation charges are levied.

What if my item is damaged or faulty?

In such cases, we strongly suggest taking a video once the parcel is delivered. Once verified, we will replace your order*.

How long will it take to process a return?

It will take 10-15 working days to complete the return process.

Once you receive the order, get a video of opening the parcel. After verifying the situation, we will take necessary actions.

Where does my order come from?

We manufacture perfumes and manage our operations from our Thane office, India.

How much is shipping, and how long will it take?

Shipping charges depend on the locations in some scenarios. It takes 3-10 business days depending on the delivery location.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?

Yes, we deliver our products all over India. You can gift our products through out India.

Is my package insured?

No, we don’t have any insurance for your delivery.

Do I have to pay customs/import charges?

We deliver our products in India only if you don’t need to pay customs or import. Once we start international deliveries we will update our policies accordingly.

Can I track my order?

You can track your order by connecting us at the first step. We are upgrading our systems to advance level to make tracking easier.
