How to Use

Diffuser Use: Add 5 to 10 drops of Sigma Style essential oil into your diffuser with water and run as directed by your diffuser's instructions. Start with fewer drops and increase based on room size and personal preference.

Topical Use: Essential oils are highly concentrated and must always be diluted with a carrier oil such as coconut oil, almond oil or jojoba oil before applying to skin. A general guideline is 2 to 3 drops of essential oil per teaspoon of carrier oil.
